At Harlow New York, we strive to ensure that every customer is completely satisfied with their purchase. However, if you are not entirely happy with your item, you may request a return in accordance with the policy below.

Return Conditions

You may request a return only after receiving the item physically.
Return shipping costs, including any international shipping or customs fees, are the responsibility of the customer.
Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all original tags and labels still attached.
Trying on items is allowed; wearing them beyond fitting is not permitted.
Purchasing multiple sizes of the same product with the intention to return part of the order is not allowed.

Return Process

Contact us at info@harlownewyork.com within 14 days of receiving your item to request a return.
You will receive the return address of our supplier (located in China) once your return request has been approved.
Ship the item back at your own expense, including any applicable customs or shipping fees.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected at our return location, and the condition is approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days using the original payment method.

Liability

We are not responsible for lost packages if the tracking information shows that the item was delivered to the address provided by the customer.
If an incorrect address was entered at checkout, it is the customer’s responsibility.
Address errors must be reported within 24 hours after placing the order.
